Welcome to the Society of Minnesota Sculptors website.
Formed in 1943, the Minnesota Sculptors Group (as it was originally called) was organized to stimulate public interest in creative sculpture. Since its formation, the Group has grown under the leadership of many prominent Minnesota artists and educators.
Now known as the Society of Minnesota Sculptors, our mission is to encourage and help member sculptors do their best work, achieve recognition and feel gratification from what they create. With these goals in mind, the Society will conduct programs that:
