This functional drinking fountain is a sculpture depicting the impact of water on life, using otters as the representation. The otter at the top is holding a baby, indicating the need for clean water for future generations. The otter in the middle has caught a fish, indicating the need for clean water for the food supply. The bottom otter is sliding down the tree, indicating the need for clean water for recreation and enjoyment of nature.
