cathy bratter    biography

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, I attended the University of Colorado-Boulder and the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis where I studied fine arts. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1974 and went back to graduate school in 1987 to further study painting and sculpture. I continue to explore the relationships of color and texture, depth and simplicity through stone, bronze and painting.
