Arthur Norby's design was chosen for Minnesota's Memorial to its Korean War Veterans, placed at the State Capitol in St. Paul, Minnesota on September 13,
1998. A curved 18 foot high bronze column with two 15 foot bas reliefs is combined with an 8 foot tall cast bronze infantry man. It is a spell-binding memorial honoring "all who gave some -- some who gave all."
